Complex/Palliative Care

When deciding where to spend the last days of their lives, many people opt to remain at home, in familiar surroundings. Call4Care Services provides essential domiciliary care and support to enable you and your family to make this choice.

We can design an end-of-life care plan with you and, where you wish it, your family or friends. Our domiciliary care service will then be tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences. We value and respect each person’s beliefs and spirituality, as well as their right to dignified care at this time of their lives.

Our team collaborates with any health professionals and other individuals involved in your care to help manage your symptoms. Our goal is to maintain your dignity and keep you as comfortable as possible.

Live-in Care

We provide 24-hour live-in companionship for individuals with a range of special needs. Call4Care Services tailors our live-in care to the needs of each client, delivering the best long-term support and maximising the quality of your life.

Since every client is unique, we provide bespoke care packages to fit the needs of each individual, taking into account care requirements and budget. Our live-in care includes 24-hour, one-to-one support for most conditions including complex conditions such as traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, motor neurone disease and multiple sclerosis.

Our live-in care may also be suitable in situations where multiple daily visits from a carer are no longer convenient. This could be because of deteriorating mobility, frailty, having suffered a stroke, or a long-term health condition such as dementia or Parkinson’s disease. Our care professionals receive client-specific training and deliver high-level care support.

We currently provide live-in care to adult clients of a wide range of ages and varied conditions, helping them to live independently at home and follow the lifestyle of their choice.

Respite Care

Caring for a loved one can be a full-time commitment. No matter how dedicated you are to the needs of the person you’re caring for, the physical and emotional demands can often be overwhelming. Taking a much-needed break from care can replenish your energy, allowing you to provide even better care in the long run. Call4Care respite care services enable you to ensure your loved ones receive the help and support they need, while you have a much-needed break from your role.

At Call4Care Services, we have extensive experience in delivering respite support for the carers of elderly people, dementia respite care and much more. Allowing someone else into your home, can be a tough decision, and you may be worried about the disruption of your existing routines and lifestyle. Our short-term carers recognise the importance of planning and structuring temporary care. They’ll communicate with you to ensure your loved one’s medical and lifestyle requirements are met during your absence, and all routines are adhered to.

Emergency Respite Care

Support for carers is available whenever you may need a break. If you become ill, or need to go to the hospital, our emergency respite carers can step in while you recuperate. Dealing with an emergency is stressful as it is, without having to worry about providing care to your loved one.

Call4Care Services provides emergency respite care that allows you to handle your emergency, while knowing your loved one is taken care of, in their own home.

We have a wide selection of carers who are ready to step into your care role in the case of an emergency. Due to the nature of emergency respite care, we are always on-hand to provide flexible, reliable care whenever you need it.

Overnight Care

Sleeping Nights

We offer overnight services to ease your worries while causing minimal disturbance. This service includes having the night-time carer sleep at your property for a minimum of eight hours, allowing them to be available when needed. This is the perfect choice for clients that may not need regular support, but still require the peace of mind of having someone there overnight.

Waking Nights

Waking care involves having the carer present and on duty throughout the night for a period of up to ten hours. This option is best suited for clients that wake up multiple times throughout the night, and need regular support. Whether it’s comforting disorientation, providing medication, or easing pain, your carer can help.

Sitting Service

We also provide a sitting service, which lasts between 2 and four hours during the night. This is for clients that require night care, company or assistance, and may also allow the regular carer to take a short break.

Rehabilitation Care

Being discharged from the hospital can be a daunting experience, especially when you may require ongoing care and rehabilitation at home.

Our staff are trained to help you with any tasks you cannot handle while recovering. This will give you a chance to fully heal, rehabilitate and recuperate with no strain or added stress.
